abc0af3918 entrypoint: default SNIKKET_WEB_SITE_NAME to SNIKKET_SITE_NAME 
The documentation only talks about SNIKKET_SITE_NAME,
and users thus do not know that they must
set SNIKKET_WEB_SITE_NAME to make
their site name appear on the portal.

a998348804 Make hypercorn log to stdout in Docker 
This may help with debugging issues, because we now actually see
incoming requests also on the hypercorn layer.

Fixes #97.

- Avoid fighting import cycles using a factory function
- Collapse useless subpackages into simple modules
- Move flask plugins / infrastructure in own module
